HOBBS, NEW MEXICO - A Hobbs fugitive is back home after getting busted in Kentucky.

Phillip Harrison arrived at the Lea County Detention Center at midnight.

He was arrested earlier this month, while working at a tattoo parlor in Danville, Kentucky.
