MIDLAND - Some good news for the City of Midland, it's now cleaner than ever.
The city received their best litter index score from Keep Midland Beautiful.
This time, it's a 1.6 compared to last year's index of 1.8.
The score is from one through four, one being the best.
Keep Midland Beautiful attributes the improved rating to annual cleanups and Adopt-A-Spot groups.
This year's Great American Clean-Up bagged the most trash ever, more than 88 tons.
