Hobbs Murder Suspect Caught in Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A fugitive from New Mexico has been captured running a tattoo parlor in Danville.

The case against Phillip Ed Harrison was profiled on America's Most Wanted on Saturday. The Lexington Herald-Leader reported Harrison was turned in by a customer who recognized him when he saw the program.

A news release from Danville police says Harrison was arrested at his home Monday night.

Police said Harrison was wanted in New Mexico on charges including second-degree murder, aggravated battery, possession of a firearm by a felon and assault with intent to commit a felony.

Police said the charges stem from a fight involving several people at Harrison's previous tattoo shop in Hobbs, N.M. Both parlors were called Pleasurable Pain.
