PECOS - More charges are piling up against a Pecos man in jail for conspiracy to commit murder.
NewsWest 9 has learned 60 year-old George McIntyre facing multiple charges, including aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child.
McIntyre was first arrested in connection to Joe Daggett's death, a Fort Stockton rancher who went missing back in the 80's.
On Friday, the Texas Rangers were able to catch him in the 1000 block of South County Road 1120 in Greenwood.
He faces four charges of sexual assault and two charges of indecency with a child.
