ODESSA - The Permian High basketball imposter remains behind bars.

This is the third time this week he's gone to jail, this time on sexual assault charges.

Ector County officials say 22-year-old Guerdwich Montimer is being held on a $50,000 bond.

He was charged with sexual assault after a 16-year-old girl came forward claiming she had sex with him.

The girl told school officials that she was actually 15 when she had sex with Montimer.

He's also been charged with tampering with government documents, which is a felony, and giving the school district a fake birth certificate and information, as well as a misdemeanor for not identifying himself to a peace officer.

On a side note, according to the Hays Free Press, he also apparently had pulled a similar scam in Buda, Texas.

He played with the high school basketball team there several times over the past year.
