PECOS - The hot debate on who's at fault for clogged sewer lines across the city of Pecos goes into round two.
On Tuesday night, Trans-Pecos Foods, who manufactures fried foods and appetizers, will present their plan of action to the city council.
City officials are pointing to that company as the culprit for batter overflowing out of city lines, causing several big spills.
Those spills run the city thousands of dollars to clean up, putting the entire city in jeopardy of losing their state wastewater license.
Trans-Pecos Foods claims they are not totally to blame.
On Tuesday, company executives will present their proposal for fixing the spills.
Mayor Alligood told NewsWest 9, at that point the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will review the plan and decide whether they'll be able to continue operations.
Trans-Pecos Foods is the biggest employer in town.
