Former West Texas Roughnecks Employee Turns Himself In to Police

MIDLAND - An Odessa man is back behind bars for two warrants that police needed to serve after he posted bond on Sunday night.

Police tell NewsWest 9, Ernesto Salcido turned himself in to authorities at the Ector County Detention Center on Monday night.

Salcido was only served with one warrant instead of three when he was arrested.

As NewsWest 9 reported on Sunday night, Salcido made bail and was released from the Midland County Jail over the weekend.

The reason we're told the bail was so low is because the arresting officers only served him with one warrant. Salcido was arrested last week and charged with improper photography for setting up a video camera in the restroom of the Allegiance Pro Sports Incorporated office restroom.

The warrants that needed to be served ended up being stapled to some other papers.
