Midland Elementary School Locked Down After Domestic Disturbance Call

MIDLAND - A Midland elementary was forced to lock their doors just before lunch after a domestic disturbance call.

Long Elementary went into lockdown around 11:30 Thursday morning.

According to police, they were called to a nearby home after someone reported hearing shots.

Turns out there were no shots.

There was some construction going on nearby.

The man was arrested on some traffic warrants.

The school was taken off of lockdown before noon.
