MIDLAND/ODESSA - The West Texas Roughnecks Director of Operations gets the boot.
Odessa Police served several search warrants on Thursday, including one at the Roughnecks offices.
This was part of an ongoing investigation into former Roughnecks Director of Operations Ernie Salcido.
Salcido has been charged with improper photography or visual recording to intentionally arouse or seek gratification.
Basically the victims were being videotaped without their knowledge.
A second warrant was issued at a home in Odessa.
Salcido was arrested and is behind bars at the Midland Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
After the arrest, Salcido was quickly fired.
