ODESSA - The pretrial hearing for an Odessa youth pastor accused of sexual assault was postponed again on Monday.

The Ector County District Attorney told NewsWest Nine, lawyers met briefly but pushed back the hearing because they're waiting on DNA evidence.

Police arrested 44-year-old Robert John Weber, a youth pastor at Second Baptist Church of Odessa in December for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.

District Attorney Bobby Bland told NewsWest Nine, his office is still awaiting the DNA results from a sexual assault exam.

According to Bland, the test is being handled in Lubbock by the Department of Public Safety.

He says he has no idea when they may receive the results.
