ODESSA - $16,000. That's about how much money has been collected so far to help pay the medical bills of the Odessa toddler mauled by his grandmother's dog.
After last month's attack, one-year-old Braydon had to be airlifted to Lubbock where he had brain surgery and about 900 stitches to his head.
He's home now, but Braydon's medical bills have already passed the million dollar mark and the little boy still has a long road ahead of him.
The child's mother told NewsWest Nine, they are still happy to receive more donations under Braydon Wright's name at Commercial State Bank.
The donations are helping to cover the costs since they don't have insurance.
