GRANDFALLS - This week, the City Manager of Grandfalls will head to the courtroom after getting arrested for criminal trespassing.
Joe Gilbert turned himself into the Ward County Sheriff on April 2nd.
County officials say he intentionally went onto private property without consent.
NewsWest 9 spoke with Mr. Gilbert, all he would tell us is that he had been on-duty with the state health inspector that day.
