ODESSA - Police in Odessa have arrested a man who allegedly robbed two convenience stores Friday morning.
Police arrested 28-year-old Alex Ramos Gonzales Friday night at the Royal Inn on 2nd Street and West County Road.
Investigators say Gonzales walked into a store at 8th and West County, just before 6:00 Friday morning, pulled out a gun and demanded cash. After he got the money, he took off.
Police say the Gonzales is responsible for another robbery, 30 minutes earlier, at a store at 16th and Harless. In that case, Gonzales told the clerk he had a gun but didn't show it. He didn't get any money there.
