That puts an end to several months of a double digit free fall, percentage wise, that the City of Odessa has been going through.
So far the city is down almost 20 percent for the fiscal year.
The news is a little better for Midland, where their revenue dropped barely two-tenths of a percentage point.
The City of Midland took in $1.7 million.
For the fiscal year, the Tall City is down a little more than 19 percent.
