ODESSA - An Odessa man is behind bars after a domestic disturbance.
NewsWest Nine was the first on the scene at the intersection of 52nd and Clinton after authorities say a woman called police saying her boyfriend threatened her with a gun.
When police arrived, the woman had left the house leaving her three-year-old daughter behind.
Police called the home and when no one picked up, they went inside and arrested 33-year-old Ike J. Northcutt.
Northcutt admitted to having guns, but police couldn't find any.
He was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and family violence.
