ODESSA - A Reeves County deputy who was shot last week has been released from the hospital.
Medical Center Hospital says Deputy Jerry Millan was sent home over the weekend.
Millan was shot last Wednesday while serving a hot check warrant at a home in Pecos.
61-year-old Michael Hickey shot Millan several times, before apparently shooting himself during a three-hour standoff.
