A felon, caught with a gun, is headed back behind bars.
Back in June, Andrews Police got a call that 47-year-old Richard Pena was threatening people with a pistol.
They found him walking down the street with a gun and arrested him.
He's not allowed to have a firearm because he was convicted back in 1999 for aggravated assault of a corrections officer.
He'll have to serve nearly five years in federal prison, plus three years of supervised release.
