A Fort Davis coach is out of jail, but not out of trouble.

The court lowered Jarime Baethge's bail from $200,000 down to $40,000.

He's charged with two counts of having an improper relationship with a student.

Those charges are felonies and he could face 20 years for each count.

Baethge has been a teacher and coach in Fort Davis for seven years.

Baethge is on administrative leave while authorities investigate.
