An Odessa man is headed to federal prison for fraud and identity theft. 60-year-old Charles Edward Curry was found guilty of wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.

ODESSA - An Odessa man is headed to federal prison for fraud and identity theft.

60-year-old Charles Edward Curry was found guilty of wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.

The case dates back to 2008 when Curry stayed at the Salvation Army in Odessa.

While he was there, he stole cards with personal information on them then used it to apply for credit cards.

Curry also photocopied checks from donors while working at the West Texas Food Bank.

He used the accounts and routing numbers to pay those credit card bills online.

Curry faces 80 years in prison.
