MIDLAND COUNTY - A Midland crematory has been ordered by the state to stop operating immediately.
The Texas Funeral Commission says Western Roses Memorial Park in Midland County has been operating a crematory business without a valid license since July of last year.
That license was never renewed and was supposed to be surrendered if not in use.
The Commission says, if you've had a cremation done there, you need to call their office in Austin.
