ANDREWS COUNTY - Jurors got an earful during day two of testimony in the trial against a former Winkler County nurse.

Anne Mitchell is accused of misuse of official information.

Prosecutors say, she filed complaints to the Texas State Medical Board, against Doctor Rolando Arafiles to harass him.

But it was Arafiles who was in the hot seat during cross examination by Defense Attorney, John Cook.

Mitchell reported the doctor for performing "un-authorized medical procedures."

Winkler County Sheriff Robert Roberts also testified as to his role in the investigation, that eventually led to the arrest of Mitchell and another nurse, Vicki Galle.

Both nurses were fired from their jobs.

Trial resumes on Wednesday morning in Andrews County.
