MIDLAND - Toyota of Midland is once again selling cars that were part of a massive nation-wide recall.
The dealership says they are currently in the process of repairing and equipping its new and used inventory with reinforced pedals. Those new pedals eliminate excess friction and the potential for sticking.
After repair, each vehicle will be released upon completion of safety testing.
Toyota of Midland says if you own any of the vehicles affected by the recall and are experiencing any symptoms of the sticking accelerator pedal you should call them for an appointment.
Those vehicles are:
• Certain 2009-2010 RAV4
• Certain 2009-2010 Corolla
• 2009-2010 Matrix
• 2005-2010 Avalon
• Certain 2007-2010 Camry
• Certain 2010 Highlander
• 2007-2010 Tundra
• 2008-2010 Sequoia
