MIDLAND - A man accused in a Midland murder is off the hook.
Charges against Matthew Mancha have been dropped, because two other suspects were acquitted in the case.
Mancha was one of three men accused in the stabbing death of Victor Vidal last July.
Midland District Attorney Teresa Clingman tells NewsWest 9, since there's no new evidence to present at trial, Mancha's charges were dropped.
Clingman says the jury felt the men acted in self defense.
