EUNICE, NEW MEXICO - The fight over a suspended paramedics' license in Eunice is far from over.

State health officials tell NewsWest 9, former fire chief Ron Grogan appealed an earlier decision that left him without his license.

The State Health Secretary pulled it after allegations that Grogan inappropriately touched a female patient during an ambulance run, but Grogan appealed that decision in district court.

No word on when a decision will be made.
