Hobbs Police Continue Search for Suspects in Homicide

HOBBS N.M. - Police in Hobbs are continuing to looking for two men involved in a deadly shooting.

Police found 27-year-old Christopher Laureles of Hobbs dead in the front yard of a home in the 300 block of West Palace early Saturday morning.

Officers are looking for 23-year-old Nieves Sonny Ortega and 28-year-old Mark Anthony Ruiz for questioning. Hobbs Police tell NewsWest9 this is an isolated incident and not related to a homicide Wednesday night.
