HOBBS, NEW MEXICO - A suspected meth dealer ends up in handcuffs again in Hobbs.

Police arrested 42 year-old Ruby Zabala last Friday at a home on north Grayson.

Investigators say they found meth, digital scales, drug paraphernalia, and cash there.

Zabala's charged with trafficking meth, something she's familiar with already.

She was busted on a similar charge four years ago.
