ANDREWS COUNTY - OSHA investigators are investigating after Wednesday's deadly industrial accident in Andrews County.
We're told 27-year-old Kelly Dustin Sealy from Andrews, was found trapped 30 feet in the air, above the rig floor.
He had been lifted in a safety harness to wash the inside of the derrick, and somehow, the cable he was using as a guide, came loose, trapping him.
He died at the scene.
OSHA investigators say their investigation could take up to six months.
