ANDREWS - New details about the tragic oilfield accident in Andrews.

We now know the name of the man trapped and killed on an oil rig around 11:30 Wednesday morning.

Sheriff's Deputies say 27-year-old Kelly Dustin Sealy of Andrews was found trapped about 30 feet above the rig floor.

Investigators on the scene say he was lifted in a safety harness to wash the inside of the derrick, and as he was being lowered, the cable he was using as a guide came loose and trapped him.

Emergency crews eventually freed him, but Sealy was pronounced dead at the scene.
