ODESSA - The Ector County Independent School District may be close to settling a decades old segregation lawsuit.
The ECISD Board of Trustees will consider the terms of a possible settlement at their meeting on Tuesday night.
A community group and the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund have maintained that the District has not met certain benchmarks of the original court order.
