Big Spring Plans Cutting Back to Make Budget

BIG SPRING - Cutting back is the name of the game in Big Spring. The city talked about revising their budget again Tuesday night.

The council is planning on making cut-backs all year which could include delaying purchases and reducing spending.

The city was forced to trim their budget after finding out they'll fall short by about $90,000 in revenue. That's after it was discovered a large business in town was appraised twice.
