PECOS - Some good news for Pecos taxpayers, put away your pocketbooks.
The city initially anticipated a jump in water and sewer rates in 2010, but Pecos Mayor Richard Alligood tells NewsWest 9, those rates will stay the same.
He said it's all thanks to careful budgeting.
At this point, those water rates will match those in 2009.
