The fight over Pecos County water continues and on Tuesday night, the Fort Stockton City Council will take up the issue yet again.
You'll remember Texas Oilman Clayton Williams wants to sell water from his land in Pecos County to Midland County and so far the City and Mayor have been battling that plan.
On Tuesday, Council members will review two resolutions concerning the issue.
The first would allow the city to take legal action concerning Williams' company's application to the Middle Pecos Groundwater Conservation District.
The second would oppose Williams' company and other entities from moving water from an area west of the city.
The Council will also consider three other water related agenda items.
