Police Seeing a Spike in Break-Ins Across the City of Hobbs

HOBBS, NEW MEXICO - Hobbs Police are sending out a warning.

Lock-up your house, your car, or anywhere you keep valuables as burglaries are spiking this holiday season.

Break-ins are up a whopping 33 percent in the past few weeks.

Police say homes and businesses are all being targeted.

They're reminding you to keep your valuables out of sight and if you see suspicious people or activity, call police.
