The Brewster County Sheriff's Office tells NewsWest9 that 27-year-old Kristopher Buchanan has been charged with Sexual Assault, Kidnapping and Arson. Those are the same charges filed against 46-year-old Daniel Martinez last week. The Brewster County Sheriff tells NewsWest9 an 18-year-old male was hit over the head and kidnapped Sunday, December 6th from a bar in the Terlingua Ghost Town. Buchanan and Martinez then allegedly took the teen to one of their homes where they beat and sexually assaulted him. They then made the teen call the Brewster County Sheriff's Office to report that his car had been stolen. The two men then set the teen's car on fire. The teen was able to get away and was found walking in the desert on Highway 118 by a Sheriff's Deputy. The teen was taken to the local hospital for treatment and has been released.
