New Mexico Man Behind Bars After Multi-State Chase Ends in Seminole

SEMINOLE - A New Mexico man in big trouble with the law in two states after a high speed chase from New Mexico into Gaines County.

32-year-old Jesus Moreno is facing multiple charges.

We're told the chase started in Hobbs with New Mexico State Police.

Once they crossed over into Texas, Gaines County Deputies and Seminole Police got involved, and finally stopped the car with spikes.

Authorities say Moreno jumped out of his car and tried to hide in the brush.

Moreno's facing multiple charges in Gaines County, including resisting arrest.

No word yet on what charges he'll face in New Mexico.
