ANDREWS COUNTY - Tuesday's slick roads could be the blame for a fatal rollover in Andrews County.
DPS Troopers say 45-year-old Martin Alaniz-Zelasques of Hobbs, New Mexico was traveling eastbound on Highway 176 around 5:30 Tuesday morning about 30 miles west of Andrews. He drifted into the westbound lane, over corrected, slid and rolled on the icy road.
