MIDLAND - A rollover wreck in Midland caused an electrical fire and power outages Wednesday night.

Police say a driver was trying to pull into the bowling alley at Holiday Hill and Loop 250, but was going too fast and lost control.

The truck rolled up onto some support lines for the power pole and flipped, and that sparked an electrical fire.

Luckily, the driver got out okay, but some cars at a nearby apartment complex had to be moved away from the flames.

The electrical fire caused some power outages near Holiday Hill and Loop 250. Oncor tells NewsWest9 that all of the power was restored to the area early Thursday morning.
