BIG SPRING - For the second time in two days, burglars broke into the Big Spring YMCA.

The crooks struck again on Tuesday night after breaking into the YMCA on Monday night.

Officials tell NewsWest 9, during this break-in, things were done a little differently to get into the building.

Instead of unbolting the 18 bolts to remove the plexi-glass, they just took out half and pulled the glass back.

On Tuesday night, the vandals took the last TV they had which was a 47 inch plasma TV.  The burglars even used the YMCA's ladder to get the TV down, which was mounted nine feet off the floor.

During the first break-in, which occurred between Monday night and Tuesday morning, the vandals took a TV, computers and a video game.

YMCA officials believe the burglars know the building well, because they apparently played a game of ping pong before leaving.

Officials go on to say that the burglars re-bolted the plexi-glass to make it look like nothing even happened.

If you have any information on this case you are asked to call Big Spring Police or CrimeStoppers at 264-TIPS.
