HOWARD COUNTY - Howard County is back under a burn ban. Howard County Commissioners voted to reinstate the ban at Monday morning's meeting.
Howard County Fire Chief Tommy Sullivan says the county has not received any significant in some time and has also had its first freeze which kills off vegetation.
