ODESSA--According to an Ector County grand jury, Kimberly Mountcastle and Debra Harrison will not be indicted.

The two were facing child endangerment charges for leaving four year old Caleb McKinley, alone inside one of the vans belonging to Odessa Christian School.

It happened in July 2008, when Caleb was allegedly left in the van for over 10 minutes, after a field trip.

Caleb's parents say they had to take him to the hospital, with a 105 degree temperature. They filed a police report and the investigation began.

Ultimately, the grand jury decided there wasn't enough evidence to indict the women for felony child endangerment.

Ector County District Attorney Bobby Bland says, this closes the criminal case against Mountcastle and Harrison.

Caleb's mother, Amanda, was not available for a comment.
