JAL, NEW MEXICO - The work is almost done to repair hundreds of dollars worth of damage at Jal Schools.
The Superintendent says crews have made a lot of progress since severe winds hit the city this summer.
Some of the damage included split trees, solar heating panels ripped off roofs, a leaning tennis court fence, and roof woes at the elementary school.
So far, nearly everything is finished.
This week, workers have been replacing solar panels on several roofs.
