A trucking company receives a costly verdict from a Fort Stockton jury.

Nabors trucking will have to pay a Los Angeles family almost two and a half million dollars.

A jury found Nabors responsible for a fatal wreck back in December 2004.

The Romero-Soto family was traveling from Los Angeles to Monterrey, Mexico when the accident happened.

There's no word on whether Nabors will appeal the ruling.
