Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas members can expect an added boost when it comes to fighting the Swine Flu bug this fall.

The insurance provider plans to waive co-pays and deductibles for the vaccine.

They say they're offering the added help, because the swine flu is expected to be a serious threat this flu season.

The Centers for Disease Control recommends at-risk groups like pregnant women, teachers and health care workers, anyone six-months to 24-years-old, as well as the elderly with compromised immune systems, to go ahead and get vaccinated.
