MARFA - On Thursday night, Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, posted $40,000 dollars in bonds to walk out of the Presidio County Jail, but they're not off the hook yet.

Presido Deputies arrested the couple on Thursday afternoon while serving warrants out of Santa Barbara, California.

Presidio County authorties said Evi Quaid put up a fight when they made the arrest, but they quickly restrained her.

According to authorities in California, the couple is accused of walking out on a $10,000 dollar tab at a Santa Barbara hotel.

The Quaid's are charged with three felonies: burglary, defrauding an innkeeper, and conspiracy.

Quaid is famous for his role as Cousin Eddie in the "National Lapoon Vacation" movies.

He also starred in the movies "Kingpin" and "Brokeback Mountain."

No word on when the Quaid's are due in court.
