A brutal rape will send two former Wink high school students straight to prison.

The pair plead guilty this week to the rape of a 16-year-old girl last year.

Last year, police arrested 17-year-old Anthony Bishop and 18-year-old Joel Hernandez on aggravated sexual assault charges, but those charges were reduced to aggravated assault in the plea deal.

Bishop will spend ten years behind bars and Hernandez will spend five years in prison.

Authorities say the teens raped and beat a 16-year-old girl at Bishop's home last September.

But they weren't the only ones involved, 35-year-old Jason Lee Vaught has already pleaded guilty to charges of organized criminal activity.

He was accused of not stopping the rape.

Meanwhile, Anthony bishop's mother, 40-year-old Pamela White, who was also at home at the time, is still facing charges.

And another man Joe Taylor was also charged with organized criminal activity.
