New Mexico Man Arrested on Drug Charges

LOVINGTON, NEW MEXICO - A New Mexico man is behind bars after the Lea County Drug Task Force showed up at his home in Lovington with a drug warrant.

42 year-old Jack Fuller was arrested on Thursday and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Then after seeing the paraphernalia, investigators say they suspected heroin and obtained a search warrant.

Authorities found six packages of heroin wrapped for sale and one syringe believed to have heroin in it.

Drug trafficking charges could also be filed.

Another person was arrested on an unrelated charge.
