WEST TEXAS - Some West Texas cities are scrambling to decide whether or not they will enforce the new cell phone law for school zones.

It all involves warning signs.

Officers say it will be difficult to enforce without them.

The Fort Stockton City Council has already approved the measure, and is working on getting the  warning signs posted.

Odessa's signs are on order, but the Council hasn't voted yet.

The Big Spring and Monahans City Councils have the issue on their agendas.

Kermit will wait until their September 17th meeting to decide.

Andrews has opted to not enforce the law, at this time, Midland is still undecided.
