ODESSA - Odessa College is kicking off its annual 30 For 30 Fitness Challenge. The program encourages the community to do 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days in the month of September.
Harold Green is just one of more than 3,000 particpants that signed up for the program.
"At my age you are just trying to do something to stay healthy and it really disciplines you to work out everyday," Green said.
This is the 2nd Annual 30 For 30, and participation has more than doubled.
