AUSTIN - A racy photo, featuring a waitress and a rifle, that cost one Midland County Deputy his job---was worth it.

At least that's what the waitress who was photographed says.

Vanda Purvis told the American Statesman in Austin, she didn't regret taking the picture.

The woman told the paper, she's already finished an interview with Inside Edition, and she has received calls from Playboy.

The Twin Peaks waitress said she thought firing the Deputy who handed over the gun was excessive, and that it wasn't loaded.

Four other Deputies were also reprimanded for the incident.
