MONAHANS - Big upgrades for kids in the Monahans-Wickett-Pyote School District.
The schools are in their fourth year of bond projects, totaling about ten million dollars.
Most of the construction centers around the high school classrooms.
The Superintendent tells NewsWest 9, they are ripping out all the rooms and rebuilding new ones.
In about a year's time, when the new classrooms are finished, students will make the switch.
The district is also remodeling the Junior High campus, the Special ed and alternative campus, and adding new classrooms to the Elementary School.
